  • Where is my order?

Deliveries to destinations in UK mainland are estimated to take 3-5 working days.

If this time has passed and you have still not received your order, please contact us on our Contact Form or by using our Live Chat so we can investigate.

  • My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

You must inspect the condition of the goods at the place and time of receipt.

You must advise us by email or other written notification within 14 days of receipt of any claim of defect or damage.

Where the Customer is returning goods because they are faulty or incorrect this will be at the cost of the Supplier who nominate the carrier to be used or arrange collection direct.

After 30 days following delivery the Supplier may offer a repair or replacement of the goods or offer a price reduction or refund. The Supplier may request the Customer to contact the manufacturer or third party supplier direct if they have provided a helpline, repair service or Warranty with the goods.

  • I wish to return my order, how do I do this?

You have the right to cancel any order placed on this website within 14 days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered, without giving reason but this does not affect your rights to return the goods if they are faulty.

On cancellation for any reason you must return the goods in their original condition to the Supplier at your own cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect , in which case we will pay the cost of the return .

Refunds will only be made to the credit card or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
